FAQs

You can pay by e-transfer or recurring credit card payments.

It depends on your program. If you are doing classes only, payments are due on the last business day of the month. Our Transformation Program participants pay weekly. Spartan participants pay per season.

Month-to-month packages require 14-days notice. Transformation Program and Spartan run for specific periods only. You are obligated for the duration of your program.

No we do not at this time as we are keeping class sizes small to ensure our clients feel comfortable (thanks to the pandemic)

Yes, however it does need to be pre-arranged and is based upon availability.

No we do not offer childcare and you cannot bring your kids with you. This is your uninterrupted YOU time.

YES! All of our instructors and coaches are certified to teach the classes that they teach. They hold group fitness certifications and/or personal training certifications. Along with First Aid/CPR/AED. They did all start as clients, but they are all required to go through the proper training and certification process to teach classes.
